Rodrygo Goes is at a crossroads. The Brazilian winger is currently reflecting on his future at Real Madrid, torn between his deep loyalty to the club and the growing belief that he could flourish as a leading figure elsewhere.
According to multiple sources, including Fabrizio Romano and The Real Champs, the 24-year-old remains fully committed to Madrid in spirit. He is said to “love the club” and believes he still has more to give under head coach Xabi Alonso. But with game time reduced following the arrivals of Kylian Mbappé and Endrick, Rodrygo is beginning to question whether his future lies away from the Bernabéu.
This internal conflict comes as interest in his services builds across Europe. Premier League clubs — notably Liverpool and Arsenal — are closely monitoring the situation. Managing Madrid reports that Liverpool are currently leading the race, though any move would likely depend on the potential sale of Luis Díaz.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, have made it clear they are not entertaining any discussions for Rodrygo unless bids exceed €100 million. Despite his diminished role in recent months, the club remains firm on its valuation and are in no rush to push the player out.
Rodrygo is under contract until 2028 and has not publicly agitated for a move. However, a decision on his future is expected in the coming weeks, with a face-to-face meeting between the player and club executives reportedly on the cards.
For now, Rodrygo remains caught between two realities: one of loyalty and legacy in Madrid, and the other of untapped potential waiting to be fully unleashed on a different stage.
