Munich, July 20, 2025 — Bayern Munich have made initial contact with Leandro Trossard regarding a potential summer move, as the German champions look to strengthen their attacking options, according to @CFBayern.
The 30-year-old Belgian international is currently in discussions with Arsenal, who are preparing a new contract offer to extend his stay at the Emirates. However, Bayern are reportedly willing to offer a more lucrative salary package in an attempt to tempt the winger to the Allianz Arena.
Trossard has enjoyed a productive spell at Arsenal since arriving from Brighton in January 2023, contributing with key goals and assists in both domestic and European competition. While Arsenal are keen to keep him as part of Mikel Arteta’s squad, Bayern’s financial strength and Champions League ambitions could make the decision more complicated.
